​Johan is a Kaleidocode cofounder and talented software designer and architect with 20 years invested in software design and implementations. Johan fills the role of COO at Kaleidocode.

Johan has played a broad assortment of roles but his passion is designing UI frameworks and usable products as well as Service orientated architectures.

Johan has led a variety of teams, from online banking services and payment gateways, to financial services products.

​Johan's obsession is crafting products and modern web solutions, using a raft of technologies including; JS Frameworks, Service Buses, and Azure PaaS.

Chief Executive Officer

Rory is a Kaleidocode cofounder and CEO.

Rory heads up Strategy, Marketing and Sales at Kaleidocode.

Rory has led numerous development teams in South Africa and in the UK.

Rory had extensive experience in management of business critical projects. He has conducted business analysis across a wide variety of industry verticals. He has extensive experience in financial and professional services products, and development projects for large corporate institutions. 

Rory holds a B.Sc Engineering degree.

Chris Tite is a Kaleidocode cofounder and non-executive director.

Chris is committed to evolutionary and constant learning, often tinkering with new tools, technologies, techniques and architectures. He is passionate about quality software and great architecture, while forging the growth of this generation of software developers.

Chris holds a B.Sc. Electronic Engineering degree with over 25 years of development experience spanning several platforms and industries. 

Chris holds the role of Chief Delivery Officer at Intenda Group.
